The Digital Autopsy facility at Sheffield now features in the summer release of ‘Outside Looking In’, a new crime novel by the author Michael Wood. Claire Alexander, one of the characters in the book is based on Claire Walker, Head of Service and Radiographer at iGene. After visiting the facility, and learning more about our processes, the author has incorporated references to Digital Autopsy and our non-invasive post mortem option. Whilst visiting our head office, Mr Wood also researched Digital Autopsy further, for a further potential novel due for publication in 2017.
